MĀNUKA HONEY
RONGO MĀNUKA HONEYは、ニュージーランド南島の自然環境の中で採取されたはちみつです。
マヌカは、ニュージーランドに自生する植物で、ニュージーランドの先住民マオリ族の言葉で、癒しの木、復活の木という意味を持ち、古くから土地に根付いた存在として大切にされてきました。
マヌカの花は年に一度、わずか4〜6週間ほどしか開花しません。その限られた期間に採取されるはちみつは、とても希少なものです。
RONGO HONEYは、現地の養蜂家と直接つながり、採蜜環境やプロセスを確認しながら、人工的に整えられたものではなく土地と時間の流れの中で生まれたままの純粋なはちみつをお届けしています。
RONGO MĀNUKA HONEY is harvested in the natural environment of New Zealand’s South Island.
Manuka is a native plant of New Zealand. In the Māori language, it is known as the “tree of healing” and the “tree of restoration,” and has long been regarded as an important part of the land. The Manuka flower blooms only once a year, for a short period of approximately 4 to 6 weeks. The honey collected during this limited season is considered rare due to its narrow harvesting window.
RONGO HONEY works directly with local beekeepers, observing the harvesting environment and process, and delivers honey that emerges within the flow of land and time, without being artificially shaped.
MONO-FLORAL
RONGO MĀNUKA HONEYは、モノフローラルマヌカの基準を満たしています。ニュージーランドでは、マヌカハニーの真正性を守るため、MPI（一次産業省）による定義と検査基準が設けられています。通常、はちみつには複数の花の蜜が含まれますが、モノフローラルマヌカは、一定以上のマヌカ由来成分を含むものとされています。そのためには、広範囲に広がるマヌカの自生地で採蜜されていることや、成分基準を満たしていることが必要となります。
RONGO MĀNUKA HONEYは、南島カイコウラの沿岸に広がるマヌカの森で採蜜されています。開花の季節である12月には、山肌に連なるマヌカの木々を一望できて、全身が芳醇なマヌカの香りに包まれます。
One of the defining characteristics of RONGO MĀNUKA HONEY is that it is monofloral.
It is sourced from the coastal hills of Kaikōura on New Zealand’s South Island,where Mānuka grows across the landscape.As the flowers bloom for only a few weeks each year, bees gather nectar during this short season.
The honey is bottled without blending or additives,
preserving its character as a single-origin, monofloral Mānuka honey.
RAW HONEY

通常は蜂蜜を結晶化させない為に、製造過程において高熱殺菌・濾過という人工的なプロセスが含まれています。RONGO MĀNUKA はそのプロセスを最小限に留めて、本来蜂蜜に含まれている純度の高い、素晴らしい栄養素をそのままお届けしたいと思っています。
