この自然が生み出した甘いしずくを、ミツバチたちが丁寧に集め、巣へと持ち帰り蜂蜜へと仕上げます。木の幹に残されたその蜜は、まるで朝露のように静かで美しく、森の循環そのものを映し出しています。

RONGO HONEY DEW HONEY is a rare honey harvested from the beech forests of New Zealand’s South Island.
Within these forests, tiny insects living on beech trees feed on the tree’s sap and naturally transform it into sweet droplets, which remain on the bark like morning dew.Honey bees then carefully collect these droplets and bring them back to the hive, where they are transformed into honey.These sweet droplets left on the tree trunks resemble beautiful morning dew, reflecting the quiet cycle of the forest itself.
Honey Dew Honey is the result of a delicate ecological balance between insects, honey bees, and the beech forest.It is also known for its naturally high antioxidant properties due to its rich polyphenol content.

ブナの森にある巣箱から採取された蜂蜜は、必要最小限の濾過のみを施し、新鮮な状態のままボトリングされています。
